Possible delivery methods

We try to be as loyal as possible in the choice of delivery methods for the Goods so that the Buyers receive the required quality at the lowest price.

Delivery of the Goods is carried out in the following ways:

- Courier delivery;

- Self Pickup.

 After the goods are paid by the client (the customer will receive the payment confirmation by SMS or e-mail), the following delivery timeline is presumed:

- After payment, the order is processed within 1 day;

- Delivery to Uzbekistan takes 4 days;

- Delivery within Uzbekistan takes 3 days.

Please, note that multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

Courier delivery

When registering delivery by courier, the Goods will be delivered to the specified address in the city of Tashkent, which the Buyer entered during registration on the Operator's website https://arenamarket.uz/.

Delivery is carried out by courier service daily and seven days a week, cost of which is 5 USD. Please, keep the proof of delivery receipt confirmed/signed by the registered customer.

Delivery outside the Tashkent city is carried out by our partners under a preliminary agreement with the Operator.

Delivery outside the Tashkent city is chargeable.

If you change the delivery address in Tashkent, you must contact the call center at +998 (90) 045-72-29 and provide your product code, date, amount and new delivery address.

The delivery address can be changed within an hour after placing the order.

In case of refusal to purchase the delivered Goods, the Buyer pays the shipping cost.

The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.

 Self Pickup

The Buyer can pick up the Goods ordered on the Operator's website at any day and at a convenient time at the Operator's outlets selected when placing the Order. Opening hours and contact phone number of the Operator's outlets can be found here. The booked item will be waiting for you within one working day.

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to carefully check it in the presence of an employee of the Operator's outlet or courier for its integrity, suitability, compliance with the ordered quantity, quality and assortment. If the Product is of inadequate quality, or does not correspond to the ordered quantity and / or assortment, then it is possible to refuse from the inappropriate / unsuitable Products ordered.

When accepting the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the availability of the warranty card for the Goods.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, products can be replaced with similar ones or returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. The goods and packaging must not be damaged.

The Goods delivered via couriers or transferred at self-pickup are handed over to the Buyer or the person indicated as the recipient in the Order. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the courier or an employee of the Operator's outlet may ask the Buyer to present a document proving his identity and indicate the details of this document on the receipt of the Order.

 A complete refusal to deliver the order is accepted at any time by the manager of the Operator. If the goods are canceled, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid by him, except for the costs of the Seller for the delivery of the returned goods, if the Seller incurred such costs. In the event that the delivery of the Goods was made within the terms established by the contract, but the Goods were not transferred to the Buyer due to his fault, the subsequent delivery is made on new terms agreed with the Seller or the Operator, after the Buyer pays for the cost of services for the re-delivery of the Goods.
